was officially born with Meyers, the Duplex. After two years of being a Sr. Project Manager, managing the pre-development process: budgeting, design review, value engineering, and value engineering, Mr. Ansari decided utilize the skills learned along with his desire to be more hands on to take on the full rehabilitation from demo to finish.

Recently completed, the other half duplex is getting prepped for rehabilitation:

  • Full Unit Turn: Kitchen and Bath Remodel 2025

  • Finish and Fixture Upgrade 2025

  • Tree Removal 2026
