Springboard Holdings Detroit was founded in 2016 with a simple premise: meaningful real estate investment does not have to begin with large-scale development. It can begin one property at a time, by recognizing value in existing buildings, reinvesting in neighborhoods, and creating housing with a viable long-term future.
What began with neighborhood-scale acquisition and rehabilitation has grown into a broader development and investment platform. Springboard's work is grounded in disciplined investment, thoughtful development, and long-term ownership, with a focus on opportunities where individual properties can contribute to the strength and stability of the surrounding neighborhood.
Our approach remains intentionally grounded in place.
